RETURN POLICY

Schönn returns  

Any returns can be done within 7 days of delivery. However, please note that it has to be in its original packaging and condition. If a product is not sufficiently packed, it will not be accepted regardless of the reason for its return. You will be refunded via your original payment method. It is solely the buyer’s responsibility for any shipping fees to return the item.

No exchanges will be allowed since every item is made as they are ordered. We do not accept any returns when an item was listed as a sale item. Shipping fees are also not refundable due to the third party service.

Schönn damages  

If an item is damaged upon delivery, it is solely the buyer’s responsibility to notify Schönn within 48hours of the delivery date via info@schonn.co.za. If a response is not received within 2 working days, you are advised to send a follow-up email or call into our offices via 012

If the item was not sufficiently packaged for the transit to have it returned and it arrives in a damaged state, the item will not be refundable. You will also be charged to have your damaged goods sent back to you.

Schönn non-returnables  

There will be a certain item that is custom made and will not be able to be refunded. If you have requested any specific changes to an existing listed item, we will not be able to return your item

Schönn international shipment policy

Schönn will not be held responsible for any damages that occur during your third party shipping company for any deliveries over the South African border.

All items must be checked before transporting it further by your third-party courier. Schönn will not be held responsible if the items get damaged through the third party couriers.
