Schönn returns & refunds
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date that the item is delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not sufficiently packed, it will not be accepted regardless of the reason for its return.
Once Schönn has received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved by us, we will refund you via your original method of
payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Schönn products are made to order therefore no exchanges will be permitted. Sale items cannot be returned.
If an item is damaged upon delivery to you, it is completely the buyer’s responsibility to notify Schönn of the damage within 48hours of the delivery date via firstname.lastname@example.org. If a response is not received within 2 working days, we recommend that you send a follow-up email or call us at 066 301 0035
The item will not be refundable if the item was not sufficiently packaged for the return trip and it arrives to Schönn in a damaged state. You will also be charged to have your damaged goods sent back to you.
Custom made items are not eligible for return or refund. If you have requested any specific changes to an existing listed item on our website, that item will not be eligible for return.
Schönn international shipment policy
Schönn will not be held responsible for any damages that occur from your third party shipping company for any deliveries beyond the South African border. All items must be checked before transporting it further by your third-party courier. Schönn will not be held responsible if the items get damaged through the third party couriers.
